Hotel Sapphire - Colombo

the spacious rooms have modern amenities and cozy beds. bathrooms were too small for comfort.

The personnel is accommodating and amazingly nice.

The room on level 3. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe too. The staff was consistently courteous and amiable, everything was perfect.

The restaurant offered amazing traditional food.

I was disappointed by the inconsistent hot water . It ruined my showers. The lighting in the corridors was far too dim, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is 20 years and is extremely tired…the restaurant lacks any taste or innovation in dishes. We asked the hotel to pick us up which they agreed to but didnt inform us in advance that there would be a charge for this service and when we were checking out the charges for the rented car were billed to us.

This hotel was close to perfect. Staff treated me as family. They could not do enough for you. Clean, pool area and surrounding container garden was refreshing and beautiful.

We had a very pleasant stay for one night.

The hotel was in a central setting to the airpot.

Conveniently located in Wellawatte, the spacious rooms offer all necessary amenities. The staff were particularly accommodating, ensuring comfort for our toddler. Dining was a highlight, with really good dishes and fresh seasonal fruits. The hot water system had issues in the early mornings, and the bathrooms could use modernization to enhance comfort.

we were given a spacious room with two double beds for the 3 of us. The room is clean so is the toilet. On the whole, the hotel due to its central location is good for family and business. The staff are quite helpful and we enjoy our stay there. Thanks for getting us the hotel.

The hotel is in good location with plenty of food outlets and shops.Alot of tuk tuk pass the road making it easy to travel within the city.

On checking in was given a standard room instead of a luxury room I booked. I was told that the room rate quoted by Booked.net is good for the standard room only and that I need to pay more for a luxury room.On checking out was told to pay for my room again plus someone else's food bill. Thank God I kept my payment receipt.Before leaving Colombo I found a much much better hotel at the same rate.

i booked standard room overlooking city. the bathroom was clean with a bath. the staff was very courteous and amazingly nice and always on disposal.

Great location, very friendly and hospitable staff, within a block of 3 supermarkets and lots of ATMs, on major bus route that goes downtown.
